She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Walsh and Mary Walsh (Nauen); her husband Donald J. MacKenzie; her daughter Jean Lepack; and her son-in-law Peter Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine LaBella (Ken Jones) and Mary Ann Lewis; her grandchildren, Carl Lepack and Heather Salyer; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel and Connor Salyer.
