He is survived by: his wife Jean Berggren Richert of South Windsor, CT.; his son John (Cara); his grandchildren, Cori and Keith; his daughter Donna Violette (Brian); his grandchild Ryan (Cassidy); his great grandchild Ryker (Nicole); his stepdaughter Terri Slezak (Philip); his stepgrandsons, Stephen and Peter; his brother Clyde; and his brother-in-law Dick Berggren (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to The Salvation Army, 661 Main Street, Manchester.
