Wallin of Manchester, Connecticut, born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Wallin Jr. and Anna Wallin (Quini). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Palmer; his stepson Greg; his aunt Patricia Wallin; and his cousins, Thea, Judy, Tim and Rob.
