She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Forzley; her parents, George Rizkalla and Mae Rizkalla of Worcester, MA.; and her brothers, Roland Rizkalla and George Rizkalla.
She is survived by: her sons, Phil Forzley of New London, NH and Ken Forzley of Fort Collins, CO.; her children-in-law, Anne and Deb; her grandchildren, Sarah Forzley (Adam Driscoll) of Madison, WI, Erica Forzley, Drew Forzley of Omaha, NE and Elise Forzley of Austin, TX; and her friends, Cape Cod and New England. She is also survived by loving nephews and nieces.
