He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Mullen and Doris Mullen (Wiganowske). He is survived by: his wife Linda Mullen (Haskell); his sons, Joshua F. Mullen of Manchester and Jesse L. Mullen of Manchester; his brother Rev. David W. Mullen (Marsha); his half-sister Sara Donlon; and his siblings-in-law, Susan, Mark Gundersen of Bolton, Arthur, Judy Haskell and Robert Haskell of East Hartford. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
