He is survived by: his son Glenn; his sisters, Joan and Judi; his former wife Donna; his sons, Jeff Jr., Chris and Keith; his grandson-in-law Glenn; his daughter Elizabeth Forstmann; his grandchildren, Derrick, Margaux, Hunter, Chandler, Kathryn, Joshua, Jill, Hailey and Hannah; and also, Joan Welch (Sinon), Judi Mozzer (Dennis), Debra Good (Rick), John Walrath, Mara Kauffman (Walrath Sinon), Glenn Sinon (Heather), Elizabeth Forstmann (Dean) and Roger DiTarando (Janet C. DiTarando). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
