He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil J. Boulanger and Roxella Boulanger (Fuller); his siblings, Robert Boulanger, Richard Boulanger, Edward Boulanger and Patricia Boulanger; and his nephew Mark Boulanger.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Boulanger (Preuss); his children, Heather Eaton (James) of Shrewsbury, PA, John J. Boulanger Jr. of Myrtle Beach, SC, Christopher Boulanger of Manchester and Garrett Boulanger of Wethersfield; his grandchildren, Jack Eaton of Shrewsbury, PA and Madison Eaton of Shrewsbury, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Lorraine Boulanger of Coronado, CA and William J. Preuss II (Marilyn) of Oneida, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
