He is survived by: his mother Mary Surdyka (Piacenta) of Manchester; his sons, James Surdyka (Sara) of Manchester and Justin Surdyka of East Hartford; his grandchildren, Julian of Manchester, Joshua of Manchester and Mila Surdyka of Manchester; his brother Jay Surdyka of New Britain; his niece Jenna Alvallero (Orlando); his nephew Jason Boulanger; his friend Mary; his former wife Tamira Surdyka of Manchester; Bill Lynn.
