The memory of Joseph F. Chlupsa of Manchester, Connecticut, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on May 16, 2024 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Chlupsa and Tillie Chlupsa (Pansky). He is survived by : his wife Joanne Chlupsa (Belanger); his children, Thomas J. Chlupsa of Hebron and Laura M.; his son-in-law Andrew M. Boris; his grandson Adam Boris of Wappingers Falls; and his brother John E. Chlupsa of New London.
