He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chlupsa and Tillie Chlupsa (Pansky). He is survived by: his wife Joanne Chlupsa (Belanger); his children, Thomas J. Chlupsa of Hebron and Laura M.; his son-in-law Andrew M. Boris; his grandson Adam Boris of Wappingers Falls; and his brother John E. Chlupsa of New London.
