He is survived by: his siblings, Angele, Carmello Mazzotta, Rose Marie Urso, Rosario Mazzotta, Marie Vivona and Lucy Watkins; his wife Rose Marie Mazzotta (Williams); his children, Ann Marie "Amy" Graff (Richard), Joe Mazzotta III (Marty), Theresa Dagenais (Russell), Michael Mazzotta (Felicia Falkowski) and David Mazzotta (Cathy); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew Dagenais, Alexandra Custard (Eddie), Christopher Graff (Sara), Megan, David, Anthony and Liam Mazzotta; and his great grandchild Atticus Custard.
