He was predeceased by: his wife Judy LaChapelle (Corcoran); his parents, Ruth LaChapelle (Bennett) and Clarence F. LaChapelle; and his brothers, Jackie, Clarence, Dennis and David LaChapelle.
He is survived by: his daughter Sue Gleason (LaChapelle) of Rochester, NY; his stepchildren, Cathy Mynahan (Fran) of Somers, Vincent Kalinauskas of Vernon and Doreen Kalinauskas of Rocky Hill; his grandchildren, Delia, Declan, Dania Berardi, Ashley, Jessica, Kristofer Kalinauskas and Taylor Mynahan; his siblings, Mary Bendoriatis-Mazzochi, Eileen Fuller, Judy Fuller, Margaret Yonika, Ted, Gerry, Fred and Greg LaChapelle; and his niece Tina Bonetti.
