She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Zinker; her parents, Anthony Aforismo and Marie Aforismo; her children, Cheryl Zinker and Scott Zinker; and her siblings, Joe Aforismo, Frank Aforismo, Valentine Aforismo, Carrie Abate, Jennie Zito and Millie Kohler.
She is survived by: her friends, Joyce Tabshey, Iris York and Tina DePasquale; her children, Mark Zinker, Todd Zinker and Kim Zinker; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Cheyenne, Ryan, Jennie and Alyssa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
