She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Thomas Donovan and Francine Donovan. She is survived by: her husband Mark Matheny; her daughter Alaina Stewart (Greg Stewart); her child-in-law Thomas Donovan; her daughter Betty Lou Donovan; her nephews, Dillon and Conor Donovan; her mother-in-law Madeline Matheny; her sister-in-law Marcia Benson (Arnold Benson); her niece Carrie Ann Butler (Greg Butler); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Luke, Maddie and Jacob. She is also survived by numerous extended family and countless good friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the John A. DeQuattro Cancer Center in Manchester, Veteran charities, the ASPCA or other animal foundations.
