Carter; her children, Patrick Vickers and Angelyn Vickers of Haddam; her grandchildren, Elysia Kloo, Justin, Andrew and Christian Favreau; her great grandchildren, Jeffrey and Ezëlia Kloo; her sisters, Kristine Loughlin of Wallingford and Joann; her brother-in-law Peter Smulski of New Britain; and her stepsiblings, Linda Calabrese of Tolland and George Carter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
