He is survived by: his parents, Leon Krukoski and Frances Sue Krukoski (Woodward); his brothers, John (Dina Krukoski) of Killeen, TX, Paul (Allison Krukoski) of Tucson, AZ and William (Krislynne Krukoski) of Coventry, CT.; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Faustino, Austin Krukoski, Autumn Krukoski, Aaron Krukoski, Tay'j Thompson, Adain Krukoski, Noel Krukoski and Nathan Krukoski. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
