She was predeceased by: her parents, Nealy Welch and Mary Welch; and her siblings, Naomi Welch James, Helen Welch Boyd, Florence Welch Washington, Nathaniel Welch of Sanders, Neely Welch Jr. and Bobby Welch.
She is survived by: her husband Leggett McKeller; her daughters, Cheryl McKeller, Linda McKeller (Augustin), Carla Moore and Joelle McKeller; and her grandchildren, Daniel Augustin, Bretney Moore, Sarah Moore, Carl Stuckey, Ricki McKeller, Kylie McKeller and Amalia Anku.
