He is survived by: his wife Sheila Mary Ryan Falkowski; and his children, Marek (Melissa Falkowski), Julia (Terry Clark), Felicia (Michael Mazzotta), Matthew (Anne Falkowski) and Michael (Barbara Falkowski). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
