He was predeceased by: his mother Cheri Merrick. He is survived by: his father Alan Weir; his fiancé Laurie Marshall; his stepparents, Donna Weir and Brian Merrick; his sister Michelle Weir; his stepsiblings, Chuck Cusson and Jennifer Eldridge; and his daughter Corie Grocki.
