He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Vernola and Francesca Diaferio Vernola. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Vernola; his children, Bryan Vernola (Kathryn) and Lauren Vernola (Trey Malmay); his granddaughters, Arianna Vernola and Hannah Loew-Vernola; and his stepgrandchildren, Britni Malmay and Jacob Malmay. He is also survived by cousins, and numerous other family and friends.
