It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Onango Irving of Manchester, Connecticut, born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Irving Sr. and Margie Brown (Utley); and his siblings, James Jr., Juanita Adams and Doretha Irving.

He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Irving (Josephine) and Anthony Irving. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
