She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Rose (Kolenda) and Aloysius Bolak. She is survived by: her husband Dwight; her sister Kathy (Mark); her children, Kris, Jerry (Alison) and Rick (Jana); her grandson Michael (Kurstin); and her cousin Sandy.
