He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. O'Neil; his parents, Timothy E. and Mary R. O'Neil (Murphy); and his siblings, Edward O'Neil, Robert O'Neil and Eleanor Curtis.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy O'Neil (Michele) of Manchester, Paula Bryant (William) of Dryden, NY, Kathy Belden (Richard) of Vernon, Kenneth O'Neil (Margaret) of Meredith, NH and Maureen Cincotta (Paul) of Vernon; his sister Virginia Fisher of Attleboro, MA; and his grandchildren, Douglas Downham, Erin Anselmo, Kristi Downham (Tyrone Nelson), Jennie Cassell (Kurt Craver), Allison Williams (Jason), Paul Griswold, Nicholas O'Neil, Alexander O'Neil (Caitlin), Nathan O'Neil (Leah Chesterton), Caitlin O'Neil, Benjamin Palizza and Zachary Palizza. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
