It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard F. Bassett of Manchester, Connecticut, who passed away on September 19, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Helen Bassett and Harold Bassett. He is survived by : his sisters, Margret Maldonado and Gloria Bassett; and his close friend Pamela. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
