He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howarth and Katherine Howarth (Wabrek); his sister Evelyn Amo; and his nephew William Crockett. He is survived by: his wife Anneliese (Roth); his children, Heidi Howarth (Harry Silverstein) of Melrose, MA, Mark Howarth (Lilly Becker) and Eric (Colleen Howarth); his grandchildren, Sarah and Caleb Silverstein; his children, Caroline and Thomas Howarth; and his caregivers, Sonjay and Sontay.
