He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Lewis (Black); his sons, Mark Lewis of Manchester and David (Denise Lewis) of Manchester; and his grandchildren, Hailee, Joseph, Audrey, Sophia and Abigail.
