It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosamond W. Shaw of Manchester, Connecticut, who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wilson and Mabel Wilson (Johnson); her husband William Shaw; and her brother Edward Wilson. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Zuboff (Steven Zuboff); her stepgrandchildren, Jaimee Newman (Matt) of Jupiter, FL, Lauren Sharkey (Peter) of Gladwyne, PA and Gregory Zuboff (Sol); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Zachary, Vanessa Newman, Blake and Layla Sharkey.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holmes Watkins Funeral Home (400 Main St, Manchester, CT 06040). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Church (896 Main St, Manchester, CT 06040). A burial was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the East Cemetery (220 E Center St, Manchester, CT 06040).
