She was predeceased by: her husband Paul K. Tucker; her parents, Lelia McGinn (Gray) and William E. McGinn; her sisters, Genevieve Taylor (McGinn) of Marblehead, MA and Barbara Hodecker (McGinn) of Meredith, NH; and her son-in-law Joseph G. Maguire.
She is survived by: her children, Marybeth (David C. Moyer) of Manchester, Susan (Peter F. D'Addario) of Farmington, Kathryn Maguire (Kate) of Westford, MA, Julie (Lieutenant Colonel Alan) and Paul of Bolton; and her grandchildren, MaryKate (David Haverly), Kara (Clint Black), Megan (John Kelly), Jane (Jon Lecznar), Daniel D'Addario (Jacob Schneider), Emily D'Addario (Miranda), Dr. Andrew Maguire (Jamie), Maggie Maguire, Dr. Callan (Joseph Driver), Timothy Shawcross (Matti), Evan Shawcross (Kylie), Sarah Tucker and PJ Tucker. She is also survived by her seventeen great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's memory be made to Manchester Area Conference of Churches at MACC Charities, 466 Main Street, Manchester, CT 06040.
