It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sevasti Lambros of Manchester, Connecticut, who passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sevasti Lambros to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nikitas Karanikis and Barbara Karanikis (Moustouha); her husband Michael; and her siblings, Eleni Karanikis, George Karanikis and Hrisafina Mariettos (Nina).

She is survived by: her daughters, Eleni Diakostavrianos (George), Effie DiBenedetto (Salvatore) and Barbara Sorosiak (Mark); her sister Despina Petrides (Savvas); her siblings-in-law, Maria Karanikis and Nicholas Mariettos (Niko); her grandchildren, Nicholas Diakostavrianos, Michael Diakostavrianos (Lindsey), Anthony DiBenedetto, Christopher DiBenedetto, Jason DiBenedetto (Stephanie), Stephanie Sorosiak, Amara Sorosiak and Andreas Sorosiak; her great grandchildren, Brynn Diakostavrianos, Livia Liebman, Milo DiBenedetto and Luna DiBenedetto; her godsons, Peter Douros, Nikitas Karanikis (Nick), Frank Pappas and Jerry Pappas; her nieces, Irene, Barbara, Eleni, Anna and Elaine; and her nephew Nick.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sevasti's memory to St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
