With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Soo Choi of Manchester, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2025 at the age of 80. He is survived by: his spouse Aekyung Choi (Kim); his children, Peter Choi (Ahyoung) and Christina Choi; and his granddaughter Caroline.
