She is survived by: her children, John Fortier (Roberta Hartling) of Lebanon, CT, Bernice Avery (Leonard Avery) of Coventry, CT and Walter Fortier (Dawn Fortier) of Willimantic; her great grandchildren, Karson Fortier and Greyson Fortier; and her siblings, Matt Perkins, George Perkins, Jerry Perkins, Sam Perkins, Diane Clark and Juanita Perkins. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
