She is survived by: her niece Claudia Chiaro of Georgia; and her nephews, David P. Stechholz of Detroit, MI and Dennis Stechholz of Bolton, CT.
Memorial donations in Sylvia's memory can be made to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church or to the Connecticut Humane Society of Newington.
