He was predeceased by: his wife June Bailey (Siteman); and his parents, Alden Bailey and Catherine Bailey (Coleman). He is survived by: his children, Thomas A. Bailey Jr. of Glastonbury, Donna C. Boyce of Worcester, MA, Brenda A. Bailey (Jeffrey Duckham) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Eileen C. Needham of Sacramento, CA; his grandchildren, Amanda M. Phillips (Sam), Adam D. Boyce and Michael A. Needham; and his great grandchildren, Jax, Cate and Wes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
