He was predeceased by : his parents, Olavi Helin and Ida Helin (Rajaniemi); his wife Anne M. Helin; his son Matthew; his siblings, Aileen and Alvin; and his niece Maryfrances.
He is survived by : his sons, Christopher Helin (Stacey) of Manchester, CT, Michael Helin (Kristen) of Ellington, CT and John Helin (Erin Winker) of South Windsor, CT.; his granddaughters, Stephanie, Christina, Mikayla and Isabella Helin; and his cousin Christine Lamey (Tom).
