She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Sullivan and Virginia Sullivan (White); and her siblings, George, Gerald Sullivan, Beverly Kohl, Shirley Bednarczyk and Marion "Pat" Sirois.
She is survived by: her sons, George W. Cappalla and Sean C. Cappalla (Angela); her stepchildren, Michael Hahn, Brendon Hahn and Shannon Fultz; and her grandchildren, Joe Fultz and Ashley Fultz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
