He was predeceased by: his daughter Samantha White; and his mother-in-law Betty Northrop. He is survived by: his wife Jean Hale Duley; his children, Kaitlyn Duley, Shannon Duley and Justin Cowell; his grandchildren, Sage, Josahn, Mason Murphy, Cameron Hasemann, Jordan Burkhalter, Jaelyn Curry, Damien and Dakota White; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Hale Mann (Don) and Lori Hale Klotzer (Gary).
