It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William D. Hegener of Manchester, Connecticut, born in Darby, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hegener and Adelheid Hegener (Sautter); his former wife Nancy Hegener (Lee); and his stepdaughter Kim. He is survived by: his wife Trudy Gress; his children, Jay, Mindy, Suzanne and Marissa; his stepdaughter Dawn; his sister Diane; and his grandchildren, Jesse, Jason, Jillian and Jenna.
