He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella N. Skinner, (Alcock) and Louis H. Skinner, Sr.; and his siblings, Austin and Kathleen Price. He is survived by: his siblings, Hills Golf Course, Louis Jr. of Barnstable, MA and Stella Barbato of Valle Crucis, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
