He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lowrey and Theresa Lowrey (Rousseau); and his brother William Lowrey. He is survived by: his sisters, Jerilyn Lowrey of East Hartford and Tracy Burke; his brother-in-law Thomas Burke of Coventry; and his nephews, Douglas and Daniel Burke.
