He is survived by: his mother Cecylia Słyk (Amanowicz); his wife Iwona Słyk (Brzoska); his children, Mateusz Słyk and Alexandra "Ola" Słyk of Marlborough; his sister Agnieszka Piwowarczyk (Tadeusz Wysocki); his nibling Karolina (family: Weronika, Olivia, Paweł); and his brother-in-law Grzegorz Brzoska. He is also survived by her family, Weronika and her family.
