Russell G. Baker Obituary
We announce the death of Russell G. Baker of Marlborough, Connecticut, who passed away on October 9, 2026, at the age of 62. He was predeceased by: his father Maurice Baker; his father-in-law Antonio J. Amor; and his godson Jonah Amor. He is survived by: his mother Doreen Baker; his wife Marta; his siblings, Cynthia Martin, Arthur "Pete" Baker (Sandy Hayward) and Danya Gauthier (Paul); his mother-in-law Adelia Amor; his sister-in-law Suzy Amor (Erin DiMauro); his nephew Justin; his niece Anna; and his goddaughter Alexandra.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose Hill Funeral Home (580 Elm St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (79 New Park Ave, Hartford, CT 06106).
