She was predeceased by: her parents, N. F. Ransdell and Magdalene Blankenship. She is survived by: her husband Earl; her children, Ashley, Amy and Brian (Amy); her grandchildren, Forrest Meyer (Poppy) of Toronto, Canada, Anna Gorman (Brett) of Mystic, CT, Meredith Orozco (Ian) of Aguadilla, PR, Olivia Thompson, Caroline Thompson and Grace Thompson; and her great grandchild Marcos Orozco.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that gifts be made to First Church of Christ, Glastonbury ABC, or any charity that helps people in need.
