He was predeceased by: his spouse Bernarda "Nati" Vazquez; his parents, Gervasio Vazquez and Leonora Vazquez (Rios); and his siblings, Rosa Agudo, Jose Vazquez (Pepin), Carmin Vazquez, Elsie Acosta, Elba Vazquez, Justino Vazquez and Efigeno Vazquez.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ivette Vasquez and Yvonne Jimenez (Peter); his grandchildren, PJ (Gabriel) and Isaac Hunter; and his sisters, Margarita Rivera (Manuel), Iris Nevarez (Eddy), Ester Rivera (Alfredo), Leonora Cajigas (Jose) and Virginia Mirles (Geño). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
