She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lombardo and Concetta Mirabella Lombardo; her son Tyrone Hazlett; her brother Frank Lombardo Jr. (Nap); her daughter-in-law Meredith Elwell Hazlett; and also James Clifford Hazlett.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Hazlett (Laurel Lafontaine Hazlett) and James Hazlett; her granddaughters, Paula Dyer-Coffin (Corey), Melissa Perry (Alan), Chrystal Sturdahl (Jeremy), Rachael Hazlett and Carol Hazlett (Lesley DeBaccco); her great grandchildren, Ryleigh Dyer, Avery Dyer-Bennet (Zachary), Marek Dyer, Teagan Perry, Cyrus Dyer, Nolan Perry, Margaret-Mae Coffin, Isabelle Coffin, Caitrin Sturdahl, Dagnie Sturdahl and Cameron Sturdahl; and her brother Kenneth Lombardo (Carolyn Lombardo). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
