With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Allen Caplan (Meriden, Connecticut), born in Hamden, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 23, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Caplan and Thelma Caplan (Besnoff); and his siblings, David, Leonard and Marcia.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Semack; his sons, Louis (Leah) and Jerry (Grace); and his granddaughters, Tobbi, Aviva and Chava.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Temple B'Nai Abraham Cemetery (108 Corrigan Ave, Meriden, CT 06450).
