She was predeceased by : her husband Giovanni Bertoldo; her parents, Constantino Pagliaro and Giovannina Pagliaro (Carusone); and her siblings, Emmanuele Pagliaro and Maria Michela Pagliaro.

She is survived by : her children, Marta Bertoldo of Vero Beach, FL, Joanne Paradis (Kristopher Bates) of Southington, CT, Anna Carabetta (Joseph Carabetta, Jr.) of Meriden, CT, Stefano "Nino" Bertoldo of Meriden, CT and Vincenzo Bertoldo of Meriden, CT.; her grandchildren, Pietro "PJ" Pipicell (Valeria), Cristina Carabetta, Joseph Carabetta, III, Johnny Carabetta, Cecelia Carabetta, Celina Carabetta, Daniel Bates (Kyleigh), Olivia Bates, Anna Bertoldo, Bethany Hughes, Dylan Bertoldo and Veronica Bertoldo; and her great grandchildren, Salvatore "Sasa" Pipicelli, Zachary Swafford, Helynn Swafford and Alaynnah Swafford. She is also survived by her five children as well as a loving grandmother to her 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
