Though Anna may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Anna touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesús Maldonado and Regina Hernández; and her siblings, Toriba, Priscilla Maldonado, Fernando, Martín and Marcelo Maldonado.
She is survived by: her children, Sonia Nerón of Meriden, Sinai Nerón of Newington, John Nerón (Nora) of Vernon and Eliud Nerón (Jennifer Murphy) of Mauston, WI; and her sister Blanca Gómez (Luís) of Fajardo, PR. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home (4 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
