He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Skinner and Ted Skinner. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Ferry (Mike) and Deborah Best (Kevin). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church (62 Colony St, Meriden, CT 06451). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Walnut Grove Cemetery (817 Old Colony Rd, Meriden, CT 06451).
