We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2023, at the age of 88, Asuncion Nuñez (Meriden, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Nuñez and Gregoria Santiago; her son Felipe Maysonet; her granddaughter Maria; and her siblings, Gloria Nuñez, Migdalia Incle, Miguel and Jose Nuñez.
She is survived by: her children, Felicita Rosado, Maria Merced (Juan), Sira Morales (Ramon), Susana Maysonet, Julia Maysonet, Connie Maysonet, Gloria Umpierre (Juan), Clotilde Santiago (Izzy), Carmen Janeiro, Gumercindo Maysonet, Vicente Maysonet, Miguel Maysonet (Antonia) and Santos Maysonet (Ivonne); her grandchild Angel Melendez (Sandra); and her siblings, Maria, Blanca Nuñez and Antonio (Papo Incle). She is also survived by children, many great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
