She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Bell and Beatrice Bell (Mitchell); her husband Herbert; her sister Sharon Cain (Ted Cain); and her brother-in-law Gerald Stone.

She is survived by: her children, Kim Frosolone (Veto) of East Haven, Herbert Locke Jr. (Patty-Ann) of South Carolina, Tammy Locke and John Locke of Meriden; her sister Diane Stone; and her niece Stephanie Stone. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
