He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Sr. Cotton and Irene Cotton (Buckley); his grandson Nathan; and his brothers, Philip, Floyd Jr. Norman and David.
He is survived by: his wife Leslie G. Cotton (Smith); his children, Aimee Cotton Bogush (Paul) of Bethany and Eric Cotton (Katie) of Southington; his granddaughters, Emma, Annie, Julia and Madeline; and his brother Keith of Broad Brook, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
